De manera que, inconscientment , el podem viure com un vehicle que funciona per si sol i que ens transporta; amb la particularitat que possiblement ens costi escoltar-lo, prendre consci\u00e8ncia del que de veritat sentim, del que necessitem expressar o<\/span> <span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">ens costi saber quins s\u00f3n els seus missatges i necessitats.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Culturalment, estem acostumats a identificar-nos amb les nostres idees, pensaments, creences i emocions, ignorant el nostre cos. Tant \u00e9s aix\u00ed que, fins i tot amb el llenguatge quotidi\u00e0, parlem del nostre cos, com si fos quelcom que no t\u00e9 res a veure amb nosaltres. A tall d&#8217;exemple expressem : \u201ctinc mal de cap, em f\u00e0 mal l&#8217;est\u00f3mac, m&#8217;estic cargolant de mal de panxa, no puc amb aquest mal d&#8217;esquena&#8230;\u201d,com si cada una d\u2019aquestes parts tingu\u00e9s dolor per si sola i fos aut\u00f2noma , sense tenir res a veure amb la resta de l&#8217;organisme.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Si un \u00f2rgan est\u00e0 afectat, adolorit, s\u2019 en ressentir\u00e0 la resta del cos, la qual cosa podr\u00e0 influir fins i tot, en el nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim, emocions, car\u00e0cter&#8230; Aix\u00ed, cada \u00f2rgan t\u00e9 una funci\u00f3 concreta, una estructura pr\u00f2pia i es relacionar\u00e0 amb els altres, per formar una estructura corporal, com un tot integrat.un tot integrat.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Psic\u00f2legs i especialistes en treballs corporals, manifesten que no nom\u00e9s som els nostres pensaments, creences, fantasies, sentiments, energ\u00eda, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 som el nostre cos. I que cadasc\u00fa t\u00e9 una forma diferent de viure\u2019l , de sentir-lo i experimentar-lo, la qual cosa permet tenir-lo en compte, en qualsevol proc\u00e9s terap\u00e8utic d&#8217;origen psicol\u00f2gic, ja que suposa una nova via per esbrinar i solucionar determinats conflictes personals.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Entre els anys 1930 i 1950, els psicoanalistes, Wilhelm Reich , Fritz Perls, Charlotte Selver varen investigar i experimentar amb els seus pacients aquest tipus de ter\u00e0pies corporals i van realitzar un \u201csalt cient\u00edfic\u201d en descobrir que el car\u00e0cter d\u2019una persona, les seves creences, els seus sistemes de defensa i regulaci\u00f3 emocional, estan recolzats en pautes corporals, que es manifesten en forma de tensions musculars, en la respiraci\u00f3, en el bloqueig emocional o en la limitaci\u00f3 de l\u2019 energ\u00eda sexual. Determinant igualment, que els canvis en les pautes corporals , provoquen canvis en la visi\u00f3 , percepci\u00f3 del m\u00f3n i creences; i a l\u2019 inrev\u00e9s , un canvi perceptiu o mental pot provocar diferents respostes corporals i emocionals.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">En l&#8217;actualitat, una de les disciplines psicol\u00f2giques, que treballa en aquesta direcci\u00f3 \u00e9s la gest\u00e0ltica, que contempla a la persona com un tot,<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">com una unitat que t\u00e9 diferents parts: una de mental, una altre emocional ,espiritual i corporal.
